Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal at www.sameswimwear.com. Follow the instructions to generate a return label and packing slip. Returns without a valid return authorization will not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
