SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, in addition to the shipping method’s estimated transit time. During promotional periods, processing may take longer due to high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM EST, excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends and do not offer Saturday delivery.
US DOMESTIC RATES (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
- Free Shipping on orders over $375
- UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) – $12
- UPS 2-Day Shipping – $25
- UPS Next Day Shipping – $50
VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING
Ensure your billing address and contact information match exactly what is on file with your credit card provider. Discrepancies may delay your order pending verification, and we may need to contact you directly. Double-check that the shipping address, including zip code, city, and state, is correct. If the delivery service’s records show inconsistencies, we may need to update this information, which could cause delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship within 1-3 business days via DHL Express.
Starting March 2024, we partner with Global-E to handle international shipments outside the U.S. under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes will appear as a separate line item at checkout. These fees are paid directly to your local customs office.
